Intertek Group plc ('Intertek') today confirms the following changes to the composition of the Board and information required under section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006.  

Board changes

Following today's Annual General Meeting, Edward Astle stepped down from the Board after serving six years as a Non-Executive Director. No remuneration payments have been made or are due to be made following his departure as a Director and no payments have been made for loss of office.
