Intertek Group plc (Intertek), a leading quality solutions provider to industries worldwide announces that, after serving for six years as a Non-Executive Director, as part of planned Board succession, Edward Astle will be stepping down from the Board at the 2016 Annual General Meeting being held on 25 May 2016.
