In the oral rendition of the judgment, she confirmed the claim of HVB for payment of the 10 million euros demanded by the company and granted HVB the right to enforce the judgment. Intertainment Licensing GmbH and Intertainment AG are subject to a high risk of insolvency as a result of the judgment. In order to address this issue, the Supervisory Board of Intertainment AG will therefore be meeting tomorrow, Friday, at an extraordinary meeting.
