The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Intertainment AG achieves a turnover of between 8.5 and 9.5 million Euro in the second quarter of 2002 Its financial assets rise to 18.7 million Euro Ismaning near Munich, 16th July 2002 – The Intertainment AG, domiciled in Ismaning near Munich, will achieve a turnover for the second quarter of the year 2002 of between 8.5 and 9.5 million Euro through the sale of three film packages in England, Eastern Europe and Germany. In the same period of the previous year the company’s turnover was 9.9 million Euro. The pre-tax result for the quarter is expected to be slightly positive (previous year: 2.1 million Euro). This means that the turnover for the first half of the year 2002 amounts to approx. 11 to 12 million Euro (compared with the first half of 2001: 14.7 million Euro).
