Revenue potential of around EUR 11 million

Jena, March 28, 2012 - Intershop Communications AG (Prime Standard: ISH2)
announces that it has extended a managed service order from Australia's
leading telecommunications provider Telstra leveraging from the previous
managed service agreement executed in the year 2009. The agreement includes
consulting, testing and support services around the installed e-commerce
system based on the Intershop software Enfinity. The contract has a term of
three years and a total revenue potential for Intershop of around EUR 11
million.
