Jena, 7 August 2015 -Intershop Communications AG (ISIN: DE000A0EPUH1) has
signed a major contract with a long-standing strategic customer. The
contract in a low single digit million euro amount essentially comprises
revenues from the sale of licences of the Intershop Commerce Suite, which
are booked immediately. Intershop has therefore upgraded its revenue and
earnings forecast for the financial year 2015. The Management Board now
expects sales revenues to be on a par with the previous year, adjusted for
the disposal of the online marketing activities, as well as moderately
positive earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT). Intershop had
previously projected a low double-digit percentage decline in adjusted
sales revenues as well as almost balanced EBIT.
