Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 22 aprile 2024 – Interpump Group annuncia di aver acquisito, tramite la controllata inglese Interpump Hydraulics Ltd., il 100% del capitale della Società Alltube Engineering Ltd. operante nel settore dei tubi e dei raccordi.

La società, fondata nel 1986, è specializzata nella lavorazione di tubi rigidi e flessibili: con una pluriennale esperienza nel campo della progettazione e della produzione, Alltube offre servizi che includono piegatura, saldatura, brasatura, laminazione circolare, deformazione dei tubi, lavaggio, test di pressione e deformazione di estremità. Nel precedente esercizio1 la società ha generato un fatturato nell'intorno dei 5 milioni di Euro, con un EBITDA margin di circa il 15% e una cassa pari a circa 1 milioni di Euro.2

Il prezzo complessivo dell'operazione è stato pari a 2,3 milioni di Euro.

L'ingresso del Gruppo nel settore tubi è datato 2013 con l'acquisizione di IMM Hydraulics, alla quale sono seguite nel 2016 le acquisizioni di Tubiflex e Tekno Tubi e nel 2017 quella GS-Hydro. Grazie ad Alltube il Gruppo disporrà di una presenza importante per potenziare le attività nel territorio inglese.

Il Dott. Fulvio Montipò, Presidente di Interpump Group, sottolinea come "dopo l'operazione cinese nell'area del Food, un passo simile per il settore tubi nel Regno Unito: prosegue il processo di rafforzamento del reticolo di presenza del Gruppo, con l'estensione della gamma di prodotti in questa importante regione europea"

GROUP PRESENCE IN THE HYDRAULIC HOSES AND FITTINGS SECTOR STRENGTHENED FURTHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 22nd April 2024 – Interpump Group announces the acquisition, via Interpump Hydraulics Ltd., of the entire share capital of Alltube Engineering Ltd., a British operator in the hydraulic hoses and fittings sector.

Founded in 1986, the Company specializes in the processing of rigid tube and flexible hydraulic hoses: backed by decades of design and manufacturing experience, the services offered by Alltube include bending, welding, brazing, ring rolling, tube forming, flushing, pressure testing and swaging. In the previous financial year3 the Company generated revenues of about 5 million Euro, with an EBITDA margin of about 15% and cash of around 1 million Euro.

The purchase consideration totalled 2,3 million of Euro4 .

Group entered the hoses and fittings sector with the acquisition of IMM Hydraulics in 2013, adding Tubiflex and Tekno Tubi in 2016, and GS-Hydro in 2017. Thanks to Alltube the Group will have an importance presence to further enhance English activities.
