Combined Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Wednesday, June 24, 2020

Procedures for the organization and availability of the preparatory documents for the Combined Annual General Meeting

In the context of the current epidemic and, in light of public health measures in France restricting collective gatherings, in compliance with the provisions of article 4 of the French governmental order (Ordonnance) No. 2020-321 of March 25, 2020, Interparfums SA's Combined Annual General Meeting of Wednesday, June 24, 2020 will be held in closed session in the absence of the physical presence of the shareholders and other persons entitled to attend.

This Annual General Meeting will be webcast live from the website address www.interparfums-finance.fr.

The preliminary meeting notice (avis préalable de réunion) of the Annual General Meeting, including the meeting agenda and draft resolutions, was published in the French publication for legal announcements (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires or BALO) on May 6, 2020 (No. 2001333) in addition to being made available on the Company's website. The procedures for participating and voting in the meeting are described in this notice.

The meeting notice (avis de convocation) will be published in the French publication for legal announcements (BALO) on June 5, 2020.

All documents and information relating to the AGM of June 24, 2020 required by article R. 225-83 of the French commercial code have been made available to shareholders in compliance with existing regulations. Information required under article R. 225-73-1 of said code will be available for consultation as from June 3, 2020 in the special section of the Company's website for the AGM: https://www.interparfums-finance.fr/assemblee-generale/
