Interparfums confirms its eligibility for PEA-PME

With less than €1.5 billion in revenue, less than €2 billion in total assets and less than 5,000 employees, Interparfums confirms its eligibility for tax-advantaged equity savings accounts for small and mid caps (PEA-PME) under French regulations (Decree No. 2014-283 of March 4, 2014).

On that basis, Interparfums shares qualify for inclusion in PEA-PME accounts, a form of savings vehicle introduced to foster investment in small, medium and intermediate-sized-companies and conferring the same the tax benefits as the traditional equity savings vehicle (PEA).

For information, the Interparfums share is already included in the CAC PME and Enternext PEA-PME 150 indexes.
