Expiration of the distribution agreement with P&G Prestige US

The distribution agreement between Inter Parfums SA and P&G Prestige for the US market concerning the Burberry and Lanvin fragrances expires on December 31, 2010. By mutual agreement, the two groups decided that it will not be renewed.

Operations relating to the resulting transfer, notably with respect to inventory, will be carried out in December 2010 and January 2011.
