Interparfums signs a purchase option for the acquisition of its future headquarters

Interparfums today announces the signature of a purchase option ("promesse de vente"), subject to conditions, to acquire an office complex for its future headquarters located in the heart of Paris.

This transaction is expected to be completed in the spring of 2021, with the move planned for the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022.

This acquisition represents a genuine enterprise project to provide all employees an exceptional environment to work and evolve reflecting the quality of the portfolio brands, to receive all partners under better conditions and to develop the portfolio licenses.

In order to maintain Interparfums' cash position, approximately 90% of the purchase price of €125 million, excluding taxes and related expenses, will be financed by a bank loan.
