The Annual General Meeting of InterparfumsSA will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 2:00 pm at:

The preliminary call notice of the Annual General Meeting (avis préalable de réunion) including the agenda and draft resolutions and the conditions and procedures for participation and voting, was published in the French publication for legal announcements (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires or BALO) No. 35 of March 23, 2022, Announcement No. 2200610 and posted on the Company's website.
The second call notice (avis de convocation) will be published in the BALO on April 11, 2022.
The documents and information concerning the Annual General Meeting will be made available to the shareholders and for consultation under the conditions provided for by regulations in force.
In accordance with Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, shareholders may consult, as of today, the documents and preparatory information relating to this AGM on the Company's website at: https://www.interparfums-finance.fr/en/ shareholders-meeting/
Shareholders are invited to consult on a regular basis the Shareholders' Meeting section of the Company's website to obtain the most up-to-date information concerning this AGM.
Shareholders of the Company wishing to attend the AGM in person shall be required to comply with any health measures in force on the date of the meeting.
The Shareholders' Meeting will be broadcast live on the Company's website (www. interparfums-finance.fr) and will be accessible for replay on a deferred basis within the timeframe provided for by regulations.
