Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of April 23, 2021
Availability of preparatory documents for the Annual General Meeting
In the context of the current epidemic, the Annual General Meeting will be held on April 23, 2021 in closed session at 2:00 p.m. at the Company's registered office, in the absence of the physical presence of the shareholders.
The preliminary meeting notice (avis préalable de réunion) of the Annual General Meeting, including the meeting agenda, the draft resolutions and the procedures for participating and voting, was published in the French publication for legal announcements (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires or BALO) on March 19, 2021 (No. 34 ) in addition to being made available on the Company's website.
The meeting notice (avis de convocation) will be published in the French publication for legal announcements (BALO) on April 2, 2021.
The documents and information relating to the Annual General Meeting will be made available to the shareholders, in accordance with the applicable regulation.
In accordance with the provisions of article R. 22-10-23 of the French commercial code, as of today, the preparatory documents and information relating to this Meeting may be consulted at the Company's website: https://www.interparfumsfinance.fr/en/shareholders-meeting.
Shareholders are invited to consult on a regular basis the Shareholders' Meeting section of the Company's website for information about the Meeting.
