Item 8.01. Other Events We have entered into a 12-year worldwide license agreement to create, produce and distribute perfumes and ancillary products under the Balmain brand. The agreement commences on January 1, 2012 and replaces a previous license that was terminated by mutual consent. Our rights under such license agreement are subject to certain minimum sales, advertising expenditures and royalty payments as are customary in our industry.
