NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS

International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP', the 'Company'), the FTSE 250-listed investment company which invests in public or social infrastructure assets and related businesses internationally, will announce its results for the six months to 30 June 2024 on Thursday 5 September 2024.

There will be a live online presentation of the results at 9.30 am on Thursday 5 September 2024.
