In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, INPP advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

John Le Poidevin was appointed as a non-executive director of Specialist Investment Properties PLC, his appointment will take effect from 11 April 2016. Specialist Investment Properties PLC was admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange on 12 July 2004.
