TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 22 December 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 82,727 ordinary shares at an average price of 459.2905 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 460.4 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 451 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 8,182,857 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 231,522,239.
