CLOSE PERIOD BUY-BACK PROGRAMME

International Personal Finance plc (the "Company") announces that it has entered into an irrevocable and non-discretionary arrangement with Citigroup Global Markets Limited to repurchase on its behalf and within certain pre-set parameters, ordinary shares in the Company to be held as treasury shares during the Company's close period commencing on 1 July 2014 and ending on the day prior to the announcement of the Company's 2014 Half Yearly Financial Results on 30 July 2014. This arrangement is in accordance with Chapter 12 of the UKLA Listing Rules and the Company's general authority to repurchase shares.
