TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 17 June 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 81,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 593.8022 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 605.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 586 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 917,907; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 238,787,189.
