TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 23 May 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 24,374 ordinary shares at an average price of 589.0663 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 590 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 588 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 672,168; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 239,032,928.
