TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 15 May 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 88,500 ordinary shares at an average price of 570.6868 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 579.75 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 565 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 282,150; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 239,422,946.
