TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 13 May 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 62,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 584.6330 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 592 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 579.50 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 132,000; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 239,573,096.
