TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES

The Company announces that, on 27 March 2015, the following Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each were transferred out of Treasury for the purpose of satisfying the exercise of awards by eligible participants under The International Personal Finance plc Company Share Options Plan ("CSOP"):

CSOP	5,549	270.3p

Following the above transfer of Treasury shares, the Company holds 7,888,782 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

The total number of Ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as Treasury shares) is 231,816,314.
