Annual Report and Financial Statements 2012

International Personal Finance plc ("the Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2012 and Notice of its 2013 Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form.

With effect from Friday, 22 March 2013 the following documents will be available on its website (www.ipfin.co.uk/investors/shareholder-centre/agm.aspx):

·	International Personal Finance plc Notice of Annual General Meeting 2013
