Annual Report and Financial Statements 2015 / notice of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2016

International Personal Finance plc ("the Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2015 and Notice of its 2016 Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form.

With effect from Wednesday, 16 March 2016 the following documents will be available on its website (www.ipfin.co.uk/investors/shareholder-centre/agm.aspx):
