INTERNATIONAL PERSONAL FINANCE PLC ("IPF")

ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT TO ISSUE EURO MEDIUM TERM NOTES

We are pleased to announce that as part of IPF's strategy to diversify and extend funding, we have agreed to issue Czech Koruna bonds in an amount of CZK 250,000,000 (c£7.7M). The bonds have been issued for a term of 5 years at a fixed coupon of 5.25%. The bonds are to be issued under our existing euro medium-term note programme, and final settlement is scheduled for 21 November 2013.
