INTERNATIONAL PERSONAL FINANCE PLC ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF EURO MEDIUM TERM NOTES

International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") has today issued HUF 4,000,000,000 11% guaranteed notes due 11 January 2018 (the "Notes") under its euro medium term note programme (the "Programme").

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and to the London Stock Exchange plc for the Notes to be admitted to the official list of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Regulated Market.

The final terms dated 9 January 2013 in relation to the Notes are available for viewing. To view the final terms, please paste the following URL into the address bar of your browser:
