Board Change

John Lorimer will not be standing for re-election to the Board at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which will be held on 25 April 2013, and will be retiring from the Board on that date.

Richard Moat, who was appointed to the Board on 1 July 2012, will be putting himself forward for election at the AGM and the remaining directors will be standing for re-election.

John Lorimer has been a director of the Company since May 2010. The Board extends its thanks to him for his valued contribution during his term.
