The following is a Company Announcement issued by International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (IHI) pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Corinthia Grand Hotel du Boulevard Bucharest

International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (IHI) announces that the all-suite 5-star ultra-luxury Corinthia Grand Hotel du Boulevard Bucharest has opened for business as of today, 24 March 2025.

The hotel is a heritage property dating back to 1867, which has now been entirely repurposed and refurbished to the highest standards by its local owners, a Romanian investment group. IHI's involvement has been twofold, via QP, an architectural services firm which led and managed the refurbishment project, and now via Corinthia Hotels, the management company, which is operating the hotel.

The hotel features a collection of 30 suites, complemented by a trio of dining experiences including a Sass' Restaurant & Lounge from the acclaimed Sass' Café' in Monaco. The hotel also offers a spa and boutique meeting amenities.

The opening of the Corinthia in Bucharest marks the brand's third luxury hotel opening in four months along with The Surrey, a Corinthia Hotel, in New York's Upper East Side and the Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria in Brussels.
