COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by International Hotel Investments p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Appointment of Company Secretary

Mr Stephen Bajada has been appointed as Company Secretary of International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (IHI).

Mr Stephen Bajada succeeds Mr Jean-Pierre Schembri who has occupied the role of Company Secretary of IHI since June 2019, and who has recently been promoted to the position of CEO of CPHCL, a majority institutional shareholder in IHI.

Mr Stephen Bajada joined Corinthia in 1998, and IHI upon its incorporation in 2000. He is Company Secretary of several group entities and director of a number of Corinthia subsidiaries. He is also responsible for corporate administration and the group assets' insurance procurement. Mr Bajada holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Malta and is a member of the Forum of Company Secretaries.

Mr Stephen Bajada, holder of Maltese identity card number 0207570M, resides at 150, San Lorenzo, Forga Street, Naxxar.

There are no matters concerning Mr Stephen Bajada and Mr Jean Pierre Schembri which require disclosure under Listing Rule 5.20.5 to Listing Rule 5.20.9.
