Appointment of non-executive Directors

Mr Khaled Algonsel and Mr Joseph Pisani have been appointed as nonexecutive Directors of International Hotel Investments p.l.c. with effect from 22nd December 2014.

Mr Algonsel joined Libyan Foreign Investment Company (LAFICO) in 1993. He was Manager of the Treasury and Financial Planning Department and was appointed Managing Director in 2012.

He is Chairman of Libya Investment Company, Egypt since 2013 and Vice Chairman of Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation, Saudi Arabia since 2012.

Mr Algonsel has a bachelor's degree in financial accounting from Gharian Accounting College, a master's degree in financial accounting from The Libyan Academy in Tripoli and a master's degree in banking and finance from The European University.

Mr Pisani is a founder director and member of the main board of Corinthia Palace Hotel Company Limited (CPHCL) as from 1962, and has served on a number of boards of subsidiary companies.

Since 2000 he has served as Chairman of the Monitoring Committee of CPHCL and IHI.

He was educated at St Edward's College and the University of Malta.

Mr Algonsel is a Libyan citizen (passport number K99Y26G2) and resides at Serrag, Tripoli, Libya and Mr Pisani (ID number 672637M) resides at Richmond Flat 8, Triq il-Kbira, San Giljan, Malta.

There are no matters concerning Mr Algonsel and Mr Pisani which require disclosure under Listing Rule 5.20.5 to Listing Rule 5.20.9.
