Block Listing Application
International Distributions Services plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 900,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that the Shares will be admitted on 27 July 2023.
The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued in connection with vestings under the International Distributions Services Deferred Share Bonus Plan, the International Distributions Services Long Term Incentive Plan and the GLS Long Term Incentive Plan.
When issued, the Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
