Dividend Declaration

At the Annual General Meeting held on 8 December 2021, Shareholders approved the

Company's dividend policy of making dividend payments, equivalent to 4 per cent. of the Company's Net Asset Value as at the last day of the preceding financial year (31 August), through two equal semi-annual distributions. In accordance with this policy, the first Interim Dividend for the period ending 31 August 2022 was paid in January 2022.

The Directors have today declared the second Interim Dividend for the period ending 31

August 2022 of 15.7p per Ordinary Share.

The second Interim Dividend will be payable on Friday, 26 August 2022 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on Friday, 5 August 2022 (ex-dividend Shares on the Register at Thursday, 4 August 2022).
