Dividend Declaration

At the Annual General Meeting held on 8 December 2021, Shareholders approved the

Company's dividend policy of making dividend payments, equivalent to 4 per cent. of the Company's Net Asset Value as at the last day of the preceding financial year (31 August), through two equal semi-annual distributions.

The Directors have today declared the first Interim Dividend for the period ending 31

August 2022 in an amount of 15.7p per Ordinary Share.

The first Interim Dividend will be payable on Friday, 28 January 2022 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on Friday, 31 December 2021 (ex-dividend Shares on the Register at Thursday, 30 December 2021).
