Dividend Declaration

At the Annual General Meeting held on 15 December 2020, Shareholders approved the

Company's dividend policy of making dividend payments, equivalent to 4 per cent. of the Company's Net Asset Value as at the last day of the preceding financial year (31 August), through two equal semi-annual distributions. In accordance with this policy, the first Interim Dividend for the period ending 31 August 2021 was paid in January 2021.

The Directors have today declared the second Interim Dividend for the period ending 31

August 2021 in an amount of 14.2p per Ordinary Share.

The second Interim Dividend will be payable on Friday, 27 August 2021 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on Friday, 16 July 2021 (ex-dividend Shares on the Register at Thursday, 15 July 2021).
