International Bethlehem Mining Corp. Announces Officer and Director Appointments

West Vancouver, British Columbia – March 9, 2021 – International Bethlehem Mining Corp. (“International Bethlehem” or the ”Company”) wishes to report that Peter Berdusco has been appointed CEO, President and as a Director of the Company. Douglas Mason has recently resigned as CEO, of the Company, but remains a Director. The Company also announces that Scott Davis has been appointed CFO, and that Charles (Hugh) Maddin has resigned as CFO, but remains a Director.

Peter Berdusco is a senior executive officer and board member in the public and private sectors. Over the past 20 years he has applied his expertise to corporate restructurings, reverse-take-overs, board oversight, strategic planning, corporate management and project financing. The last ten-year years he has fulfilled the position of Chief Executive Officer for a number of junior resource companies that trade on the TSX Venture Exchange. During his tenure as CEO, he has successfully raised capital and financed mining projects in the Americas and in Africa.

Scott Davis is a partner of Cross Davis & Company LLP Chartered Professional Accountants, a firm focused on providing accounting and management services for publicly-listed companies. He has held several CFO positions with companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Scott’s past experience consists of senior management positions, including Assistant Financial Controller with Appleby, Auditor with Davidson & Company LLP Chartered Professional Accountants and Accounting Manager with Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd.

Peter Berdusco, CEO and President states, “Under the guidance of this new slate of management the Company will move forward to pursue and investigate potential new business opportunities and to raise capital to support such plans.
