Intermediate Capital Group PLC (the “Company”) – Board Change

7 November 2019

Further to the announcement made on 2 October 2019, the Company announces that regulatory approval has been received in respect of Lord Davies of Abersoch.  Lord Davies has therefore been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman-Designate of the Company with effect from 7 November 2019.

Lord Davies will succeed Kevin Parry OBE as Chairman on 1 December 2019, and will also become chair of the Company’s Nominations and Governance Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee from that date. Kevin Parry will cease to be a Director of the Company on 31 December 2019.
