Appointment of Executive Director

Further to the Company’s announcement on 1 February 2019, the Board is delighted to announce that Vijay Bharadia has today been appointed as a Director of the Company. He will stand for shareholder election at the annual general meeting of the Company on 25 July 2019 (the “AGM”). Mr Bharadia will serve as Chief Financial and Operating Officer of the Company following the retirement of Philip Keller, which is expected to take place in July.
