Director Declaration

In accordance with the Listing Rules, Intermediate Capital Group plc announces that Kevin Parry, Chairman of the Company, has been appointed Chairman of Royal London Group with effect from 1 January 2019. To enable him to devote sufficient time to his existing roles, Mr Parry will cease to be a Non-Executive Director of Standard Life Aberdeen plc with effect from 31 December 2018.
