Further to our intimation dated May 22, 2026 and in compliance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 read with circulars and guidelines issued thereunder from time to time ("SEBI InvIT Regulations") and applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021, including any amendment(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof, we hereby inform you that the Investment and Finance Committee of Interise Investment Managers Private Limited, Investment Manager of the Trust, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, has allotted 34,542 unsecured, listed, rated commercial papers having face value of Rs. 5 Lakhs (Rupees Five Lakh only) each aggregating to total issue size of Rs. 1,727.10 Crores, for a period of 91 days ('Commercial Papers'). The listing application will be made to BSE Limited and same is expected to be listed by June 4, 2026.
