Whitaker (DIN: 02846728) as an additional and Independent Director for a term of five (5) years effective from the date of receipt of security clearance from the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.

We hereby further inform you that the Company has received the requisite security clearance from MoCA. Accordingly, Mr. Whitaker’s appointment shall be effective from July 14, 2025.
