In compliance with Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors (“Board”) of InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“Company”) has appointed Mr. Meleveetil Damodaran as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board with effect from July 16, 2022, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting by a special resolution.

The details as required under the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are attached as Annexure I to this letter. A copy of the Press Release being issued by the Company is also attached as Annexure II.

In compliance with SEBI Order dated June 14, 2018 to the Stock Exchanges and further SEBI Circular No. UST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, we hereby confirm that Mr. Meleveetil Damodaran has not been debarred from holding the office of Directors by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
