Hons), from the University of Delhi, Master's degree in Management Studies {MBA) from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and LLB from the Government law College, Mumbai. Ms. Shroff is the Managing Partner of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. with over 38 years of extensive experience. Her broad and varied representation of public and private corporations and other entities before various national courts, tribunals and legal institutions has earned her national and international acclaim. Ms. Shroff is the Head of the Dispute Resolution practice at the Firm, with an extensive knowledge in matters of litigation and arbitration. She also mentors the Competition law practice at the Firm and is a member of the Competition law Review Committee, constituted by the Government of India to ensure that the legislation is in tune with the changing business environment. She has been closely involved with some of the largest and most challenging litigation and arbitration matters in India with regard to energy, infrastructure, natural resources, mergers & acquisitions, legislative and policy related matters. She appears regularly in the Supreme Court and High Courts of India, and in arbitrations. mediations and international legal disputes. She is an Alternate Member (India) at the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) Court of Arbitration. In addition, Ms. Shroff also regularly advises international and national clients on various aspects of the Competition Act, 2002. Brief profile			Mr. Dutta holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
			from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Master of
			Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
			Mr. Dutta possesses expertise and rich experience in the
			aviation industry worldwide. He served as the President of Air
			Sahara from 2005 to 2008. He worked with United Airlines from
			1985 till 2002 and held various positions during this time,
			including Vice President of the cargo, maintenance and finance
			departments for different interals between the period 1989
			and 1995, Senior Vice President of planning and revenue
			management between 1995 and 1999 and finally its President
			between 1999 and 2002. Immediately prior to joining the
			Company, he was working with Magnetar Capital, a multi­
			billion dollar hedge fund in the USA, as a specialist in aviation
			investment.
