Announcement

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting on 23 July 2013, has been informed of the letter by A.R.U Cyprus Equities & Investments Ltd with which it was announced the intention to proceed with a Public Offering for the acquisition of the total share capital of the Company as well as the conditions stated in the letter.

As far as the request for the granting by the Company components and information in the framework of a legal and financial examination that they intend to carry out, the Board of Directors resolved that it has no right to provide A.R.U Cyprus Equities & Investments Ltd inside information which is not available to the public.
