Intefund Investments Public Company Ltd (the "Company") announces that at its meeting held yesterday, the Company's Board of Directors examined a letter received by a shareholder covering issues relating to the convening of an extraordinary General Meeting and the Company's conversion to a holding company.
The relevant discussion by the Board of Directors was not completed and will therefore continue at a subsequent meeting, to be scheduled for next week.
More information on the above matters will be announced to the public upon completion of the discussion by the Board of Directors.
