Interfund Investments PIc would like to clarify that the elected directors at the Annual General Meeting held on 23 October 2018, Yiannos Stavrinides, George Tripatsas and Andreas Hadjikyrou, who have been approved by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to hold the office of director in the Company, have been approved within the frame work of the approval by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission of the Company to be converted as an Alternative Investments Fund (AIF).
