Interfund Investments PIc announces that during the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 17 November 2016, following various suggestions for alterations to the documents that have been submitted for approval, the Board of Directors withdrew the resolutions so that the suggestions are examined and the approval of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission is secured.

The new resolutions that would result, shall be put forward to the shareholders for final approval at a new Extraordinary General Meeting which shall be convened.
