Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensation Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) Departure of Named Executive Officer.

On June 12, 2025, Interface, Inc. (the “Company”) and Nigel Stansfield, the Company’s Chief Innovation & Sustainability Officer, announced that the Company will eliminate the position of Chief Innovation & Sustainability Officer held by Mr. Stansfield later this year. Mr. Stansfield will continue to serve as Chief Innovation & Sustainability Officer until the position is eliminated and his employment ends, which is expected to occur on September 1, 2025 . Upon his departure from the Company, Mr. Stansfield will receive the benefits provided for a termination without cause as described in his previously filed Severance Protection and Change in Control Agreement and Contract of Employment, each dated as of August 15, 2022.
