ITEM 5.02. ELECTION OF DIRECTOR.

On July 24, 2013, Mr. John Burke was elected as a Director of Interface, Inc. Mr. Burke was elected by the Board of Directors to fill a vacancy created by an increase in the number of Directors from 10 to 11, and Mr. Burke will serve until the next election of Directors by the shareholders and until the election and qualification of his successor. Mr. Burke was nominated for the position by the Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors after a selection process.
