Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa, d. d. hereby publishes the following announcement:

At its session held on 26 April 2022, Intereuropa, d. d.’s Supervisory Board adopted the audited annual report of the Intereuropa Group and Intereuropa, d. d. for 2021, together with the independent auditor’s report.
